Clinical Value of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the Treatment of Neonatal Myocardial Injury

Abstract：Objective:To study clinical efficacy of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of neonatal myocardial injury.Method:54 cases of neonatal myocardial injury in our hospital from December 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the research objects,according to the envelope method they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,27 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,on the basis of routine therapy the experimental group was given Creatine Phosphate Sodium,the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,phosphoric acid creatine kinase isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase isozyme and the changes of myocardial troponin T of two groups were obvious,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of two groups with differences,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of myocardial injury in newborn curative effect is distinct,and the protective effect of myocardial tissue,restore function,is worth of popularizing in clinic widely.
