The Application and Effect Analysis of Clinical Nursing Path in Cholecystectomy
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the application and effect of clinical nursing path in cholecystectomy during the operation.Method:98 cases of gallbladder disease patients from July 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research object,these 98 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing care,the experimental group was given clinical nursing path measures.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Result:The hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,complications of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group,the degree of satisfaction for nursing and health knowledge of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences of the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing method of clinical nursing path for accepting cholecystectomy gallbladder disease patients can get a better effect,it is worth to promote the use.
