The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for chronic kidney disease.Method:90 cases with chronic kidney disease in our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The observation group was implemented the comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group was implemented renal medicine routine nursing. Result:The hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly superior than those in the control group,there were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implement comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic kidney disease can short the hospitalization days and reduce hospital costs,improve the treatment adherence.
