The Investigation of the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment for 88 Cases with Diastolic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment measures in patients with diastolic heart failure,to accumulate the relevant clinical experience.Method:88 cases of diastolic heart failure in our hospital were randomly selected,they were given routine treatment measures,according to the different causes of patients were given corresponding drug combinations for the treatment scheme,the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Result:1 month after the clinical treatment,in 88 cases with diastolic heart failure criterion of the study,only 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 97.72%,the heart function such as LVEF,SV,CO and 6 min walk test were better than those before treatment,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of personalized treatment in the treatment of different diastolic heart failure patients is significantly,it is worth research and extensive exchanges.
