The Curative Effect Discussion of Laparoscopic Operation in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic in the treatment of ovarian cyst,and summarize the relevant treatment experience.Method:76 cases with ovarian cyst from January 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases in each group,the patients in the control group took operation treatment,the observation group was taken laparoscopic operation,the operation effect of the two groups was analyzed.Result:After operation treatment,the mean intraoperative blood loss,average operation time,postoperative fever,postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery after operation and the average number of days of hospitalization in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopy treatment is better than open operation of ovarian cyst under,the clinical curative effect of laparoscopy treatment is remarkable,and the damage is smaller,the postoperative recovery is faster,it is worthy of popularization and application.
