The Effect Observation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Method:150 patients with acute cholecystitis from February 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected,according to the different methods of treatment they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group was 75 cases.The treatment group was underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the control group was underwent conventional open cholecystectomy,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The incision length,blood loss, Postoperative drainage and other indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Bowel sounds recovery time,bed time and hospital stays of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group,the pain scores of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cholecystitis,it helps to reduce the incidence of complications.It may help to reduce the incidence of complications,and promote postoperative recovery,worthy of promotion.
