Curative Effect Analysis of Clinical Intervention on Chinese Dialectic of Nursing in the Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical intervention on Chinese dialectic of nursing in the heart failure.Method:84 patients with heart failure admitted to our department from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random principle,42 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional therapy,the observation group was given Chinese dialectic of nursing mode,the control group was given routine nursing mode,the clinical intervention effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After the treatment and nursing,the cardiac function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.87,P=0.01).Conclusion:Chinese dialectic of nursing of patients with heart failure on prognosis is superior to conventional nursing mode,cardiac function improved significantly,can improve the patients’ quality of life,promote the recovery of the disease,it is worthy of application and promotion.
