The Effectiveness of Responsibility System Nursing as the Core of High Quality Nursing Mode in the Orthopaedic Nurse Daily Work

Abstract：Objective:To study and analyze the effectiveness of results and existing problems in high quality nursing care in the orthopedic nurse daily work.Method:During December 2013 to November 2014,the Orthopedic ward in our hospital carried out high-quality care model, implemented responsibility overall care model,optimized the scheduling mode,took continuity scheduling mode,redistributed work content,and optimized the nursing workflow.Result:Compared with the previous implementation of quality care model,the quality of orthopedic care significantly improved and nursing satisfaction significantly improved after carrying out high quality care model,there were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Responsibility system nursing as the core of high quality care can improve the shortcomings of the previous model of Functional Nursing care modes,nursing staff potential to be effectively excited,its sense of responsibility and efficiency increase as a result,is a patient-centered people in this embody the concept of care and should be widely used.
