Abstract:Objective:To analyze the curative effect of targeted health education in patients with diabetic foot wound healing.Method:100 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, the experimental group was given targeted health education on the basis of the control group. The effect of wound healing and patient awareness of health knowledge between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After the nursing care, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.0%(49/50),which was significantly higher than 78.0%(39/50) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.47,P=0.00).The wound area reduction of the experimental group was significantly greater than the control group, the significant granulation time and healing time were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness degree of disease-related knowledge,self-care knowledge, routine prevention knowledge, knowledge of rational drug in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted health education applied to the treatment of diabetic foot, can promote wound healing, improve the awareness rate of health knowledge of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
