The Value of Prenatal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Fetal Abnormalities

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Method:120 cases of pregnant women for prenatal in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given prenatal systematic ultrasonic examination,the control group was given routine pregnancy examination.The detection of anomalies in the two detection methods were observed and compared.Result:Comparing the diagnostic accuracy of two kinds of detection methods,the detection rate of fetal malformations in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 66.7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the system during pregnancy ultrasound examination,can improve the detection rate of fetal abnormalities,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
