Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Bronchial Asthma Complicated with Bronchiolitis

Abstract：Objective:To observe the curative effect of the comprehensive therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with bronchitis.Method:120 cases of bronchial asthma complicated with bronchitis admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given comprehensive therapy,the control group was given Western medicine treatment,10 days for a course of treatment. The curative effect after 3 courses of treatment,after 6 courses of treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.After the end of treatment were followed up for 3 months,6 months,12 months,the recurrence rate was compared.Result:After 3 courses of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate(P>0.05).After a comprehensive therapy for 6 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 78.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than 61.29%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with bronchiolitis is exact,not easy to relapse,is worthy of clinical application.
