Abstract:Objective:To research if there are differences of the late pregnancy with oligohydramnios fetal arterial blood gas in different delivery ways.Method:All patients with full-term pregnancy,non-fetal distress and other complications from October 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected.26 cases with fewer amniotic fluid of vaginal delivery fetus were regarded as the experimental group.83 cases of caesarean delivery fetus were selected as the control group and among them there were 35 cases with fewer amniotic fluid(the control groupⅠ),48 cases with normal amniotic fluid(the control groupⅡ).After birth, the umbilical arterial blood were collected immediately for blood gas analysis and statistical analysis.Result:After the blood gas analysis, there were no significant differences in pH value,PaO2,PaCO2 between the experimental group and the control groupⅠ(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in pH value and PaCO2 between the experimental group and the control groupⅡ(P>0.05),but the PaO2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than the the control groupⅡ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fetus with fewer amniotic fluid does not necessarily have intrauterine hypoxia. So the pregnant women with fewer amniotic fluid and without the contraindication of vaginal delivery can take a vaginal delivery under strict monitoring.
