Abstract：Objective:To understand hospital infection status and risk factors, to standardized management carry out the nursing measures, the effectively prevention and control hospital infection.Method:By adopting the method of real-time and retrospective monitoring,clinicians in accordance with the unified form fill in information of hospital infection in medical records and reports.Infection department personnel application monitoring network system for check the missed cases,monthly data analysis for feedback.Result:349 cases of hospital infection,of which the main infection of respiratory tract infection(63.8%),urinary tract infection(11.2%),blood infection(10.9%).Hospital infection risk factors for bedridden,cancer,lowered immunity patients.At the top three of invasive operation with urinary tract intubation,arteriovenous,venipuncture intubation,the top three,respectively. Conclusion:Nursing staff should focus on high-risk susceptibility factors,strictly carry out infection control measures to reduce hospital infection rates.
