Effection of Prolonged Pregnancy Complicated with Oligohydramnios on Pregnancy Outcome

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effection of prolonged pregnancy complicated with oligohydramnios on pregnancy outcome.Method:The date of 100 cases with delayed pregnancy complicating the oligohydramnios in the observation group and 255 cases in delayed pregnancy without the oligohydramnios in the control group were analyzed and compared.Result:The incidence difference of fetal distress(20%),amniotic fluid dyeing Ⅱ-Ⅲ dung(18%),postpartum hemorrhage(13%),csarean delivery(39%) and vaginal midwifery rate(6%) showed statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion:Elayed pregnancy complicated with oligohydramnios with high incidence of fetal distress,amniotic fluid dyeing Ⅱ-Ⅲ dung,and Postpartum hemorrhage should perform cesarean delivery as soon as possible in order to improve the pregnancy outcome,if can not give birth in a short period by estimation.
