Effect of Subgingival Tooth Fracture Treated with Root Canal Therapyand Orthodontic Traction Combined Crown

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of subgingival tooth fracture treated with root canal therapyand orthodontic traction combined crown.Method:From January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital for treatment 100 cases of constant subgingival teeth fracture patients,were randomly divided into two groups,according to different regimens for treatment,the treatment efficiency of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,the control group was 66%,there was significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of dental orthodontic repair,can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,ensure patients periodontal health.
