Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of whole brain radiotherapy combined with targeted therapy and concurrent radiotherapy chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis.Method:50 non-small cell lung cancer with brain metastases patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2012 were selected as the research objects, according to the treatment methods, they were divided into the combined treatment group(n=35) and the resynchronization therapy group(n=15),the short-term effects of two groups were compared.Result:The overall disease control rate of the combined treatment group was 68.57%,was significantly higher than 40.00% of the resynchronization therapy group (χ2=14.587,P<0.05).The average survival time of the combined group and 1-year survival rate were significantly higher than those of the resynchronization therapy group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical therapy of non-small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis, whole brain radiotherapy combined with targeted therapy effect is better, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and prolong its life span,it is worthy of popularization and application.
