Clinical Analysis of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of COPD Exacerbation Merger Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure
GAO Wei-xing
Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation(AECOPD) with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method:64 cases of AECOPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in our hospital according to random number table method were divided into the observation group(on the basis of conventional treatment using noninvasive ventilator therapy) and the control group(with conventional treatment alone),before and after treatment breathing rate, heart rate, blood gas analysis index changes, length of hospital stay, mortality of two groups were compared.Result:Two groups of patients after treatment,RR,HR and other indicators before treatment were decreased(P<0.05),PaO2,SaO2 index level of two groups were increased,PaCO2 level fell compared with before treatment(P<0.05),but HR,RR, SaO2,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the observation group after treatment, the indicators were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospital time of the observation group(13.9±2.3)d were significantly shorter than that of the control group(21.9±4.9)d,and mortality rate of the observation group(3.1%) was obviously lower than that of the control group(9.4%),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:AECOPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients using noninvasive ventilator therapy clinical curative effect is distinct, can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, lower mortality rate, shorten hospitalization time, promote the patient recover as soon as possible,is worth of further promotion and application in clinic.
