Abstract:Objective:To analyze and research the clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound on diagnosing thyroid micro-carcinoma,in order to provide clinical diagnosis basis and guidance.Method:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,96 thyroid micro-carcinoma patients who were diagnoses by operation and pathology, they were examined by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, analyzed their ultra-sound imaging,ultra-sound expression and ultra-sound diagnosis.Result:The diagnosis accuracy rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound was 95.8%. The properties of cancer were papillo-carcinoma,le carcinome folliculaire, adenoma, they accounted for 31.3%,27.1%,21.9%.The features of acoustic image showed that the diameter of tumor was less than 1.0 cm,reverberation of thyroid interior was not equality and let droop, there were 28.1% patients had cervical lymph node transform.80.2% patients’ bleeding volume of cancerous tubercle carcinomatous was rich and irregular, other patients’ signal of blood flow was middle and sparse. Conclusion:High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnosis value on diagnosing thyroid micro-carcinoma,it can find cancerous early and improve the diagnosis rate,so as to improve the effective curative effect,it is worthy of promotion in clinical.
