The Qualitative Research of the Medication Compliance of Hypertension Patients in Rural Areas of Yantai

Abstract：Objective:To explore psychological experience of the medication compliance of hypertension patients in rural areas of Yantai,to provide reference for improving the quality of such people life.Method:The phenomenological research methods was used to in-depth interview 17 cases of patients with high blood pressure in rural areas of Yantai,Colaizzi phenomenological data step 7 analysis method was analyzed.Result:Extracted four topics,indifference of psychology;diseases related to lack of knowledge,afraid of the side effects of drugs;the influence of family structure,health condition.Conclusion:The medication adherence of hypertension patients in rural areas of Yantai is generally low,it needs medical,nursing,patients closely cooperate with families to improve the medication adherence and self-management ability of disease.
