The Expression and Significance of P53 in Ovarian Serous Tumors and the Tubal Epithelium

Abstract：Objective:To explore the expression and significance of P53 in the oviduct epithelial in ovarian serous tumors.Method:Ovarian serous tumour patients that pathological diagnosed after surgery was been choosed form January 2013 to December 2013 in the Central Hospital of Shan County of department of gynaecology. The protein expression of P53 of 26 cases of high grade serous ovarian cancer and its corresponding tubal epithelium, 33 cases of low grade serous ovarian cancer and its corresponding tubal epithelium,43 cases of benign ovarian serous tumors and its corresponding tubal epithelium was detected by using immunohistochemical technique.Result:P53 could express in a high level and a low level of ovarian serous carcinoma and its corresponding oviduct epithelial tissue,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and also could express in the benign and borderline ovarian serous tumour and its corresponding oviduct epithelial tissue,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:P53 protein expression in high level and low level of ovarian serous carcinoma and its corresponding oviduct epithelial tissue has certain correlation.
