The Clinical Observation of Chronic Cough Caused by Otorhinolaryngologic Disease

Abstract：Objective:To investigate and analyse the main reason and its treatment of chronic cough caused by Otorhinolaryngologic disease. Method:80 cases of chronic cough patients from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,the respiratory disease were excluded,the clinical data were analyzed,and with the relevant inspection to determine the cause,and took symptomatic treatment options for patients.Result:The overall check Department of ENT tips,21 cases of sinusitis,allergic rhinitis was 31 cases,10 cases of laryngeal inflammation, 11 cases of cough allergy,allergic pharyngitis was 7 cases.The clinical treatment effect of chronic cough patients with no different types had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The factors of chronic cough are more generally,in the exclusion of respiratory department of internal medicine factors, the X-ray examination,blood routine examination,gastroscopy and laryngoscopy are necessary to determine the pathogenic causes,the right and reasonable treatment is given to reduce the misdiagnosis rate and improve the patient’s condition.
