Analysis and Preventive Measures of Related Factors of Nursing Staff Loss in Hospital

Abstract：The loss of nursing staff in hospital is an important factor to influence the normal operation and management of the hospital,the nursing staff loss is caused to the loss of intangible assets and the huge replacement cost,the factors causing the loss of nursing staff include:occupation pressure, psychological pressure,social pressure,compiling factors,so do a good job in human resources management,avoid talent erosion is the important content of hospital management work.We should through the improvement of personnel system standard management,improve remuneration to retain talent,humanized management,reduce stress,strengthen quality education to establish the correct values and other measures to avoid loss of nursing staff.
