Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Macrolide Antibiotics combined with Salmeterol Assigned Powder Inhaler in the treatment of asthma COPD overlap syndrome.Method:60 patients with ACOS admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the randomized double blind principle,30 cases in each group. The two groups were given basic treatment. On the basic treatment, the control group was only given Seretide, the treatment group was given Erythromycin combined with Seretide. The determination results of pulmonary function between the two groups before and after treatment, the acute onset frequency and acute onset interval during the follow-up period were observed and compared.Result:After treatment for 1 year, the FEV1,FEV1/FVC, FEV1% predicted values of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, and the above indexes of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up period, the acute onset frequency of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the acute onset interval was significantly longer than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Macrolide Antibiotics combined with Salmeterol Assigned Powder Inhaler in the treatment of asthma COPD overlap syndrome is remarkable, can improve clinical symptoms and pulmonary function, reduce the frequency of attacks and extend the acute onset interval,is worthy of clinical use.
