Abstract:Objective:To study the reliability and superiority of three different vein tube methods.Method:From January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital 90 venous catheterization patients were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases) and the treatment group (30 cases),the control group was given the puncture of internal jugular vein(the control 1 group,n=30) and subclavian vein catheterization(the control 2 group,n=30),the treatment group was given external jugular vein puncture, the reliability and superior of three groups were compaerd.Result:The success rate of first puncture of the treatment group(93.33%) was significantly higher than those of the control 1 group(56.67%) and the control 2 group(60.00%),the whole length of puncture and catheterization time was less than those of the control 1 group and the control 2 group, and the infection rate was lower than those of the control 1 group and the control 2 group, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:External jugular vein puncture has a higher success rate, fewer complications, short time, simple operation,is clinically preferred safe, effective puncture path.
