Diagnostic Value of MSCT in the Postoperative of Gastric Carcinoma Recurrence
Abstract：Objective:To assess the value of MSCT in the postoperative of gastric carcinoma recurrence.Method:19 patients with gastric carcinoma recurrence after operation.All patents were scanned by 6-slice spiral CT including plain scan and dual phase enhanced scans,the reconstruction techniques included MPR and VR.Result:The detection rate of gastric carcinoma recurrenc by 6-slice spiral CT with MPR and VR techniques was 89.47%(17/19),100%for advanced carcinoma recurrence.Conclusion:The dual phase of MSCT with MPR and VR technique can provide efficient information for the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma recurrenc.
