Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between blood lactate(LAC) and myocardial enzymes levels of neonatal asphyxia, and to provide a new basis for the early diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia.Method:The selected newborns were divided into two groups,31 cases in the control group,75 cases in the asphyxia group(according to Apgar score, the asphyxia group was divided into mild and severe asphyxia group,46 cases in mild asphyxia group,29 cases in severe asphyxia group). The levels of blood LAC and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) of two groups were measured at 1 hour after birth respectively, and then made a comparative analysis. Result:The blood lactate and myocardial enzyme levels of mild and severe neonatal asphyxia were significantly higher than those of the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neonatal asphyxia can lead to myocardial injury, detection of blood lactic acid and myocardial enzyme levels can be used as an important index for the early diagnosis of neonata asphyxia and the severity of judgment.
