Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between continuous deceleration capacity of rate and heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease and their clinical significance.Method:50 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) were selected as the experimental group, 50 cases with non-heart disease were selected as the control group. Both of them were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram for 24 hours and calculated DC and DRs.Result:DRs and DC values of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and DRs values were positively correlated with the DC value. Conclusion:There is a good correlation between DC and DRs in patients with coronary heart disease, the joint detection is a good way to evaluate the vagus nerve functional status.
