Comparison of Curative Effect of Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion Pump and Multiple Subcutaneous Insulin for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract：Objective:To compare the clinical effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion pump(CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin(MSII).Method:62 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were random application of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII,the observation group,n=32) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII,the control group,n=30),the blood glucose control of two groups were compared. Result:The blood glucose of 62 cases were effectively controlled,and the blood glucose and insulin dosage days of the observation group were reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with MSII,CSII can be faster,more stable blood glucose control,and can reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,clinical effect is superior to the conventional subcutaneous injection of insulin.
