Abstract:Objective:To explore an effective and reliable method for clinical treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones,so as to provide reference basis for the clinical treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones and related research.Method:Patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones from December 2010 to December 2013 were chosen as the research objects.According to the differences of the surgical treatment methods, patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, and 66 cases in each group. They were taken with biliary liver resection surgery and reconstructive surgery choledocholithotomy. The clinical overall treatment effect of two groups, two groups of patients with different clinical implementation as well as residual stones after surgery and situation of biliary tract infections were observed and compared.Result:(1)The excellent rate between two groups, the level in the observation group was significantly higher than the level in the control group, and the difference between groups were with statistical significance (χ2=7.1121,P=0.0077).(2)The incidence rates of postoperative residual stones and biliary tract infection between two groups, the two indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were with statistical significance(χ2=5.1969, P=0.0226;字2=4.7903,P=0.0286).Conclusion:In clinical practice for the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones implementation, the clinical effect of liver resection combined with biliary reconstructive surgery treatment is significant, and it is the ideal choice for the clinical treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones.
