Curative Effect and Safety of Early Application of Small Dose Dopamine Combined with Furosemide in the Treatment of Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of early application of small dose Dopamine combined with Furosemide in the treatment of heart failure.Method:According to New York heart association(NYHA) classⅢ-Ⅳ96 cases were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The observation group was given intravenous small dose Dopamine combined with Furosemide.The control group was given intravenous Furosemide.The clinical total effective rate,days of hospitalization,LVEF and BNP of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than control group,the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).The days of hospitalization of the observation group were (5.32±0.70)d,were significantly shorter than (8.58±0.90)d of the control group(P<0.05).BNP and LVEF level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early application of small dose Dopamine combined with Furosemide in the treatment of heart failure,the clinical curative effect is superior to Furosemide,is worth of popularizing in clinical application.
