Comparative Study of Single Rract and Multiple Rracts by Holmium Laser in Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Abstract：Objective:To study and compare the effect of single tract and multiple tract by holmium laser in minimally invasive percutaneous rnephrolithotomy.Method:From 2010 May to 2014 March,206 complex renal calculi patients enrolled into our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to different methods,101 cases in the control group who accepted single tract and 105 cases in the observation group who accepted multiple tracts,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogenof between two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).The condition of postoperative renal function of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). Compared with the control group,operation time and hospital stay were decreased,the stone clearance rate was increased,the incidence of infection was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single tract,multiple tracts in minimally invasive percutaneous rnephrolithotomy by homium laser can improve the efficiency of the gravel and minimally reduce the postoperative complications.
