Progress Correlation between Macrophage Inflammatory Factors and Kidney Disease

Abstract：Macrophage inflammatory factor(MIP-1α) plays an important role in the regulation of immune cells to damaged tissue process,is more extensive research in recent years as a chemokine.It belongs to the CC chemokine subfamily,mediates the development of inflammation in various systems,including respiratory,nervous,urinary,digestive,circulatory and immune systems,also closely associated with tumors,and its expression in inflammation different stages of reaction,therefore,MIP-1αexpression in various types of inflammation caused widespread concern in the medical profession.
