Abstract：Objective:To analyze the causes of the clinical nursing care disputes in the department of gynecology and obstetrics,and formulate preventive measures and the corresponding countermeasures.Method:The causes of the clinical nursing care disputes occurred in the gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were analysed.Result:The causes of the disputes mainly lies in the poor service attitude,improper operation,disease diagnosis,error analysis of the condition,case writing and lack of care,improper communication and so on.Conclusion:Only starting from the reasons of the disputation,can better formulate preventive measures.Relieving tensions between the doctor and patient as well as improve the hospital satisfaction evaluation.
