Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Measures for Early Rehabilitation Treatment in Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Hemiplegia

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing measures early rehabilitation treatment in quality of life of elderly patients with hemiplegia.Method:146 elderly patients with hemiplegia from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital,the patients with neural Department of internal medicine in our hospital,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All patients were given routine clinical treatment,on the basis of this,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The quality of life for the treatment of recovery 3 months of two groups of patients and muscle strength before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result:After 3 months of therapy,the muscle strength of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,two groups of patients with QLI score was significantly improved than before treatment, and the observation group improved more obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with hemiplegia the early nerve rehabilitation treatment and comprehensive nursing measures can promote the recovery of the muscle strength of patients,improve the patient’s quality of life.
