Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic metal titanium clamp in the treatment of acute digestive tract bleeding. Method:160 patients were randomly selected from October 2011 to August 2014 for the treatment of acute digestive tract bleeding, they were divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group, the control group only was used endoscopic metal titanium clamp treatment, the observation group was taken endoscopic metal titanium clamp combined with submucous injection machine spraying Reptilase.Result:The rate of hemostasis, two secondary hemostasis rate and success rate had statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),the surgical operation rate, hemostatic invalid rate had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic metal titanium clamp and combination of submucosal injection and spraying Reptilase is the safety treatment for acute digestive tract bleeding,it is easy operation, less complications,is worthy of promotion and application.
