Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Paclitaxel Liposome and Nedaplatin in advanced cervical cancer concurrent by radiochemotherapy.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(radiochemotherapy) and the control group(radiotherapy), each group had 30 cases. All of patients were accepted the conventional radiatherapy, the patients of the experimental group were accepted concurrent radiochemotherapy. The clinica1 efficacy and adverse reactions in both groups were analyzed after treatment.Result:The experimental group overall response rate(CR+PR) was 93.3%,it was better than 66.7%of the control group(P<0.05),and the over survival rate of 3 years were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting and bone marrow suppression in the experimental group patients were significantly higher than the control group patients(P<0.05).But after symptomatic treatment these patients all could complete the treatment plan. Conclusion:The result was shown that Paclitaxel Liposome and Nedaplatin concurrent by radiochemotherapy has clear short-term curative effect in advanced cervical cancer. That can reduce the risk of distant metastases, extend the patients survival, adverse reactions can be tolerated, which is worth further clinical application.
