Nursing of Intracranial Aneurysm Interventional Embolization at the Perioperative Period

Abstract:Objective:To analyze and discuss the nursing method of intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization at the perioperative period.Method:42 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research subjects. All patients were treated by interventional embolization and underwent the observation nursing.Result:42 patients with intracranial aneurysm were given preoperative nursing,intra-operative nursing and postoperative nursing.No serious complications such as cerebral angiospasm,cerebral ischemia, puncture hematoma occurred.After 1 year of follow-up,the results were satisfied.Conclusion:Efficient preoperative mental nursing,preoperative preparation,professional guidance,rigorous intra-operative cooperation and careful and complete post-operative nursing can effectively avoid the intra-operative and postoperative complications,and improve the success rate of intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization.
