HUO Zhi-ping
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the prevention effect of nursing intervention for deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after femoral fracture surgery.Method:80 with femoral fixation in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2014 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The observation group were given the nursing intervention, the control group was given the routine care, then the blood coagulation function after three days and the result of lower extremity vascular ultrasound postoperative one week between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The TT and APTT time of observation group after three days were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the Fib was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of vascular completely blocked in observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than 22.5%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.3143,P=0.0068).Conclusion:The effective nursing interventions for preventing the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after femoral fracture surgery has positive significance.
