Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety evaluation of bigeminy antithrombotic in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.Method:79 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation in our hospital from April 2012 to January 2014 were selected, they were divided into the observation group for 43 cases and the control group for 36 cases according to the random number table method. The observation group was given Warfarin combined with Clopidogrel, the control group was given Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel. After treatment the patients were followed up,the occurrence of major adverse events and adverse cardiac events of the two groups were observed and compared. Result:The incidence rate of TIA,ischemic stroke, hemorrhage, death, acute myocardial infarction and target vessel blood supply reconstruction in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking Warfarin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation has good effect and the safety is stable,it is an ideal treatment method.
