Clinical Observation of Metoprolol Combined with Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmias

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmias.Method:140 cases of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the combined group and the control group according to the random number table method,70 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with Metoprolol,the combined group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ECG efficacy and incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the significant efficiency and total effective rate of treatment in combined group were 74.29%and 97.14%,which were significantly higher than 22.86%and 67.14%in the control group,and the significant efficiency and total effective rate of electrocardiogram in combined group were 51.43%and 90.00%,which were significantly higher than 22.86%and 55.71%in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction in combined group was 5.71%,it was significantly lower than 35.71%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenxin Granule combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia can play a synergistic effect,improve the clinical efficacy,improve the ECG and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,is a safe and effective treatment options,worthy of clinical promotion.
