Abstract:Objective:To investigate the related factors and intervention measures of patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases complicated with pulmonary infection.Method:60 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection in our hospital were selected as the pulmonary infection group,60 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease without pulmonary infection were selected as the control group according to the 1∶1 scale. The related factors that may cause pulmonary infection of the two groups were compared.Result:The proportion of aged≥70 years, disturbance of consciousness, cerebral hemorrhage, underlying disease, implementation of invasive operation, prophylactic use of antibiotics and stay in bed≥14 d in pulmonary infection group were 56.67%,30.00%,35.00%,70.00%,31.67%,28.33%,26.67% respectively, which were significantly higher than 26.67%,11.67%,18.33%,33.33%,13.33%,10.00%,11.67%in the no pulmonary infection group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).These were the correlation factors of pulmonary infection. Conclusion:The pulmonary infection rate in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease is higher, should according to the above related factors from the following aspects to take intervention measures:strengthening the basic nursing;its risk reduction of host;master of invasive operation indication;rational use of antibiotics;try to shorten the bed time.
