Incentives and Nursing Countermeasures of Chronic Liver Failure Patients with Hypokalemia

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the cause of liver failure with hypokalemia and its related nursing countermeasures.Method:From January 2013 to February 2014 50 cases with liver failure with hypokalemia who admitted in our hospital,they were randomly into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group,analyzing the causes of 50 cases,the control group was given general nursing,on the basis of that the observation group was given targeted nursing,clinical nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.0% the control group was 68.0%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing method is effective in patients with chronic liver failure complicated hypokalemia nursing effectiveness,the kinds of nursing method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
