Impact of Clinical Nursing Path in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Method:130 patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into the study group and the control group,the control group was given conventional methods of care,the study groups was given clinical nursing care path.Result:After treatment,the daily living score of the study group was (76.39±11.42)scores,was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time was (15.63±4.98)days,the average hospital costs (2158.9±392.7)yuan,they were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The care satisfaction rate of the study group was 93.85%,the control group was 83.08%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical care path for patients with cerebral care,can effectively shorten the hospital stay,reduce hospital costs of patients,improve the quality of nursing services,and promote the rehabilitation of patients with a positive meaning.
