Diagnosis of Ultrasound and Analysis of Misdiagnosis in Fetal Congenital Heart Disease

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound diagnosis and misdiagnosis in fetal congenital heart disease.Method:2000 pregnant women admitted in our hospital maternity clinic were selected,gestational ages were about 20-40 weeks, the implementation of color Doppler ultrasound examination of fetal heart five transverse section and the analysis of the fetal heart structure form,the examination results were compared respectively with autopsy results and the results ofechocardiography.Result:The detection rate of fetal congenital heart disease diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound examination was 1.3%,there were 10 cases were heart malformation fetus,24 cases were stopped pregnancy with induced labor,2 cases were normal childbirth,2 cases of pulmonary artery stenosis with right ventricular dysplasia were not checked out in autopsy results,and other ultrasound results were agreed with the autopsy,4 cases were diagnosed congenital heart disease with the echocardiography.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis is a kind of effective method of diagnosing heart disease,the diagnosis accuracyare affected by fetal position,type of heart disease,type of image quality, resolution,and heart disease.
