Clinical Analysis of Omeprazole Combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Omeprazole combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method:536 cases of reflux esophagitis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,268 cases in each group,two groups were treated with Omeprazole,the observation group on the basis of the treatment with Mosapride,course of treatment for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Result:The observation group,excellent 242 examples, effective 16 examples, invalid 10 examples,the total effectiveness was 96.27%(258/268).The control group,excellent 213 examples,effective 13 examples,invalid 42 examples,the total effectiveness was 84.33%(226/268),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidences of adverse effect showed no significant difference between the treatment and the control groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,clinical curative effect is superior to the single drug,and no increase in adverse drug reactions,is worthy of clinical promotion.
