Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of PTEN gene on the incidence of colorectal cancer in PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Method:Using enzyme league immune method(ELISA) tested colorectal cancer organizations and cancer adjacent tissues of 48 cases of PTEN genes protein expression level changes.Result:Protein concentration value of PTEN gene in colorectal cancer tissue was (60.68±5.67)μg/L,protein concentration value of cancer adjacent tissues was (75.35±5.31)μg/L,colorectal cancer tissue protein expression the PTEN gene was obviously lower than the cancer adjacent tissues, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, colorectal cancer tissue protein expression mTOR, PTEN about gender, age, tumor location difference was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),while statistically significant difference exist in different tumor differentiation degree, with or without lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression in the organization in colorectal cancer PTEN is low,and the cancer adjacent tissues expression is higher.PTEN expression of colon cancer and infiltration degree,Dukes staging, with or without lymph node metastasis are concerned, and patients with age, sex, location have nothing to do.
