The Effect Analysis of Psychological Care in the Nursing of Chronic Diseases in Community

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of psychological care in the nursing of chronic diseases in community.Method:There were 84 community patients with chronic diseases in our study queue.They were randomly divided into two group at the beginning of the research.The conventional treatment and nursing plan were used in the control group.And psychological care was additional used in the observation group.The difference of test of cognitive level,SAS and SDS score,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The test of cognitive level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the SAS and SDS score were lower in the observation group,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological care can improve the test of cognitive level,easy alleviate the anxiety and depression,and improve the nursing satisfaction,it is worth widly application.
