Experience of Community Nursing Intervention for Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from Mar 2012 to Mar 2014 were selected,male for 65 cases,female for 35 cases,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The Control group was given regular nursing and the observation group was given diversified nursing intervention.The ADL,HAMD and PSQI scores in the two groups were compared after 3 months’ treatment.Result:The ADL scores in observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and HAMD and PSQI scores in observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community-diversified nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve their quality of life.
