Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Cesarean Scar Pregnancy
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for scar pregnancy.Method:The clinical data of 62 CSP patients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 was analysed retrospectively.Result:All patients in the lower uterine segment cesarean section were visible gestational sac or mass,color Doppler shows scar were seen perfusion.According to the image characteristics it was broadly divided into two types,gestational sac type for 46 cases;hybrid mass type for 16 cases.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis rate was 93.5%(58/62).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has important value for the early diagnosis of CSP;it will help early detection CSP and selection treatment,and monitoring of the course of efficacy.
