The Effect Analyse of Kaihoujian Aerosol on Vocal Polyps in Post-operation Patients
Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Kaihoujian Aerosol.Method:90 vocal polyps patients were selected,they all took laryngeal surgery with laryngoscope,post-operation,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the treatment group was treated with Kaihoujian Aerosol,the control group was treated with antibiotics static drops and prednisone tablets,the effective rate,the relief time of inflammatory reaction and the average time of hospitalization in two groups were compared.Result:The operation of the two groups were successful,and there were no serious complication in both groups.There were statistically significant differences in the effective rate,the relief time of inflammatory reaction and the average time of hospitalization of patients between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group.Conclusion:After laryngeal surgery with laryngoscope,the Kaihoujian Aerosol has remarkable curative effect in treatment of vocal cord polyp,worth as a regular treatment application in the clinical work.
